Happened to me with CROOK Ebay seller, I ordered a welder (10x15x22, 26 lbs), FAKED a Fedex delivery (5x6x9, 1 lb) -- shipping address was NOT my home-address. Plus, it was signed for by TTALIN -- I made no signature. I checked my surveillance video, no Fedex truck (10:55am, March 9) Fedex told me via phone, the shipping address was NOT my home-address. I tried MULTIPLE times to get Ebay to handle it, all denied due to the (faked) Fedex delivery receipt. I appealed, where I included the Fedex receipt (1 lb package). Ebay even stated shipped on March 10, delivered on March 9 [ makes NO SENSE!! ] Appeal got DENIED! My next step was going to Paypal, my case was IMMEDIATELY declined. Again, the (faked) Fedex receipt was the cause. I then went to my bank (checking acct linked to Paypal), they wouldn't help me. I ended up at Ebay community, & another user reported a FAKED delivery (via USPS) -- out $912 !! I posted on the thread: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Returns/Item-was-not-delivered-eBay-refuses-to-refund/td-p/33667820 Someone in above thread told me to contact Ebay (over Facebook). I sent all the paper-trail (faked Fedex receipt, confused Ebay ship/delivery times, etc). They told me since I went to Paypal, they couldn't do anything!! However, it was their FAULT -- my initial appeal has all the evidence of FAKED Fedex delivery!! Finally, I submitted claim to Fedex, they DENIED IT! I told them, it's very simple: "Issue me a refund. They have contact with the crook -- name/address/phone. Have their legal dept go after them" I went thru 2 supervisors, etc. Just futile This whole thing sounds like all these parties (my bank, Paypal, Ebay, Fedex) are just "passing the buck", not taking responsibility GET THIS: The crooked Ebay seller is STILL active, there are THREE other buyers who got RIPPED OFF. One had a FAKED UPS delivery, Ebay won't help
