iPhone returned to seller- eBay Commerce UK. They have been told not to speak with me. £1.199.89 out of my bank through PayPal on 20th Feb, sent back 8th March the seller hasn’t refunded me . eBay has suspended me and PayPal says they can’t help because the phone wasn’t broken or damaged. I bought as a gift but another family member had already had one. That’s why it was sent back. But I can’t get my money back. I need help please
