To make a long story short i recently applied and was accepted for paypal credit, however i have noticed a number of people having their paypal accounts suspended due to them being under 18 when they made them. If i close my account and create a new one to avoid this happening, will this create another hard check to my credit report? Probably an obvious question i just wondered if anyone has been in this position before...
