I literally just found my account,I was experiencing this same problem only I couldn't remember the email address or witch name I used when I opened my account marital changes. I would Recommend if she knows the email address or phone number to contact them via phone. It's going to be one hell of an adventure !! If there funds in there hence I've located my account and I'm still trying to gain full access to the funds. Best advice I can give is have ID ready to prove identity, phone number and phone provider in her name bank account with same information and upload or give them to add to account over the phone to start the verification process and then confirm and you she should be on her way.
