I have billed invoice on my account, but when I click the 'Cancel' button from the drop down menu, it does not cancel the invoice and just takes me to the payment screen, I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge with no results. I followed these instructions. 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click Activity at the top of the page. 3. Click Details next to the invoice you want to review. 4. Click Cancel invoice and follow the instructions. 5. Once the invoice has been cancelled, an email notification will be shared with the recipient. Here is the problem when you click the "Cancel" button the invoice does not get cancelled or removed from my account and just takes me to the payment screen. PayPal you have some major glitch in your system at the moment! The cancel button does not work and does not remove the invoice.
