I have a subscription that PayPal tells me will be paid for by using the balance first, and then one of my cards - card A. However, I no longer use that card for subscriptions, I rely on a different one instead - card B. I want to change the preferred funding source to card B, but I can't, neither from the mobile app, nor the website. I get the following error message: An unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. I have tried, again and later, many times, but the error persists. In the end, the subscription is paid for, because I only have the two cards linked, and when card A fails, PayPal charges card B. But, I do get annoying "transaction failed" messages on card A's banking app. How do I fix this, preferably without having to unlink cards?
