Paypal ruled in favor of his complaint, yet I was not in the loop for details. He may be a scammer, but I just want him to return the item. He now has all the $$$ and the item, and I am out shipping and paypal fees as well. I would think those fees would be returned to me upon processing a total refund (at my expense) to the buyer. thanks for any help. Jerry
