I too am now in the same position. Did anyone dget a positive solution? I bought an item that looked lovely, supposedly made of metal. It was a cross wall plaque. It was $26 with postage but when i paid, it amounted to over $32 ! I [removed] that up in the hope that it was a really nce plaque. When it arrived it was cheap plastic. I contacted them through paypal and they asked me to send it back at my own cost. After a bit of tooing and froing with them, Paypal offerend me something towards the return postage, which I was very pleased with. I returned to item with the label that was provided through paypal. I jut wanted my money back. I tracked the item and it was noted as delivered on the 5th Nov. (Posted on the 24th Oct) quite decent i thought as it was going to china. Then next i checked i got this message Tuesday 12 November 2024 04:53 Unable to Export - insufficient documentation Thursday 07 November 2024 00:23 Unable to Export - insufficient documentation Tuesday 05 November 2024 00:30 Delivered Zhejiang, China No idea what happened but after delivery, it looks like theyre trying to send it on elsewhere, and because of the error, paypal is thinking that it hasnt yet been delivered to the destination and i have to wait. When paypal trry to check the tracking number, it comes up as an error but when i check myself, it allows me to get to this page. I think the tracking is out somehow. Wouldnt mind someone else checking it with me. RY466169232GB royal mail. Anyhow, Paypal first off closed the dispute in the sellers favour as the tracking number wasnt working for them but i called them and appealed it and they kindly re opened the case and i sent them the screenshot of the delivery notice. I am now awaiting a decision. wish me luck!
