Hi Am part of a charity in Australia and have been trying to enrol to the PayPal Giving Fund, but have had issues validating my account. I have sent messages to the support team but I usually get automatic replies that do not fully solve my issues. 1. I have been requested to send documentation through the Resolution Centre, but once I go to that page and then click on Report A Problem, it takes me to a page where there are not buttons to report a new problem, but only to review existing problems that had already been reported. I cannot find how to send the information requested and all emails I get are automated and are sent from donotreply accounts. 2. I have also been requested information from the beneficial owners, including their percentage of ownership, but being a charity we have no owners nor shareholders. Again, am not sure how to report this to PayPal as have not seen where to report the issue. Any help would be appreciated Regards Juan
