So today I was looking for some PC parts and while on a website i put some stuff in the basket and chose PayPal checkout and paypal took money off my card yet the vendor doesn't ship to my address and the order just reported a shipping error and it was reloaded back to main page. Now I have a pending charge in notifications in Paypal app yet can't see it in history? How do I cancel this payment?
