already tried it they told me it cannot be changed I've exhausted all avenues hence I tried here, been a customer since 2006 and did nothing out of the ordinary to get the limitation in the first place, all I need is to have contact with someone senior so I can find a work around to pay it, after filing numberous complaints I keep getting same generic reply , I have PayPal Credit which come out of my bank as normal its just this pay in 3 ive had to file complaint with the financial ombudsman, but still not yet solved this issue of paying paypal its seems there hassling me for the money but are not letting me pay, trust me when I tell you ive tried all I have, twitter, fb, emails, resolution centre, emails to executive phones calls to accounts , collections, limitations all with the same outcome round and round I go . ive tried paying with 3 banks cards, direct debit and monies that are still on my paypal account, \the transaction always fails maybe an i.t issues but what ever it is its not my doing.
