I am from Ukraine, created a PayPal account on it have credited the funds and trying to withdraw I was shown "There is a problem with your account" I contacted a support PayPal I was told to update the password to put questions and not to go 3 days to your account and I did so, but after 2 hours I received a notice at the post that I can no longer use my account and transfer any funds and the money in the account will be blocked for 160 days and after blocking I can not generally contact anyone and ask what was the problem and what exactly called for b And now I receive a message in the mail "The funds used for this operation have been unlocked, if previously they were blocked" But who do I contact that I could transfer them to my bank card?
