Hey Jon, I appreciate your response - and by looking at the number of people reporting issues I sure hope PayPal can do something. I'm old man, I don't have Twitter or Facebook. I sent an email to PayPal appeals and have not received a response. Is there any other way to get into contact with someone?? I want to know more about why I was not notified of a recurrent charge being added to my account? No email, no message from the app? Maybe I should just go to my bank and ask for a chargeback? I don't want to sound rude but it's my hard earned money that PayPal failed to protect. This started in November for several people...was there a breach of some kind? ... View more

I think they were. I started having issues this week with PayPal and unauthorized transactions. So far the PayPal staff has been unhelpful, stating that it looks "normal" for my account. Since when do I spend hundreds on a mobile game company!?!? Lol I strongly dislike mobile games. ... View more

I wanted to add to the posts above. I also got the MY.GAMES B.V. scam. They took out different amounts of money in November 2022 and in February 2023. I've never had issues like this before. I cancelled the auto payment and I am attempting to appeal with PayPal now because they think that auto payment was "normal" for my activity ... Okay. PayPal has historically been great when it came to the VERY few issues I've had. Has it gone down hill in the last several years? I've used PayPal for over 15 years and have always touted about how awesome it was. If PayPal isn't going to protect its users, it might be time to move on and end our accounts. ... View more
