I went to upload my new id, and PayPal said that I had to 18 to register it. **bleep**! I turned 18 on the 22nd of December last year, and it isn't fair that your stupid **bleep**ing app isn't allowing me to finish my setup. If you (people at PayPal) don't fix this, I'm filling a failure to properly authorize and register a customer account. So better get to work.
