I am having the same issue now with a charge from JustEat .. no I do not have a subscription & the delivery is literally hundreds of miles away from me. I can't query the "transaction" because it is pending. And no, I can't reach out to the merchant, I don't have an account with them & don't want to set one up just to contact them. And I can't close my PayPal account because they say I have a "pending" transaction. I have changed my password, deleted all pre-approved payments, removed my payment method & will def be stopping that charge via my c.card.
