New to community and not sure how to post a kudo so if this ain’t it, we’ll, sorry. Just got off phone with Sonjai after dreading the call knowing it would take an hour and end unsatisfactorily. Wrong. Sonjai could not have been more helpful, courteous and engaging. If I was an employer I would hire her in a heartbeat.
