Let’s see if the community can help since PayPal customer service can’t seem to help. I got a new PayPal World cash back Mastercard around the middle of January and was able to make six different transactions sending money to friends and then all of a sudden about the end of January, my card hasn’t been shown as a payment option, and no one can seem to tell me why. There’s plenty of credit available, the Credit card customer service says my card is fine to use and I’ve had a number of merchant charges that I’ve been able to do. Anybody have any ideas that I can check? Getting ready to toss PayPal out the window. The last two charges to friends were both on the 29th of January for reference.
