Hi, we've been suffering the same issues since earlier in the year. Sadly, after losing a number of returning customers this week alone, I have to do something about the problem. Business owners (in general, but not exclusively) appear to have issues processing their card payments through the gateway. It's not about passing through security, most of our customers are savvy on OTP codes/authorisation in apps etc. Was there ever a fix provided by PayPal that I could apply to my shop? I'm not getting anywhere contacting them direct. We use an EKM platform and I've explored thoroughly with them all the issues, and they're unable to assist.
