So I was in contact with customer service, providing them with more than the requested info and that's when I kept getting the same copy-and-paste responses that showed they weren't even viewing the documentation (I worked in customer service so I was extra patient and thorough in the communication I provided knowing first hand how challenging the job can be, so it was extra frustrating to have it not escalated and handled with the same copy-and-paste method when I always tried to go above and beyond when I worked customer service, even if it meant the number of resolutions achieved each shift were lower, I almost never had recurring inquiries). Anyway don't have FB or Twitter but guess I could create an account to reach out (don't mean to complain but the fact that we have to go off our actual accounts to get results is mind numbing, ugggh). I'm considering calling them but don't know how efficient that method is? Would you recommend it?
