Hello. My PayPal account is personal and has been registered for 8 years for a citizen of Ukraine. I am not engaged in sales, but only moonlighted on the stock exchange where there is a paypal exchange account. My account has been suspended and I received an email warning that my account has been temporarily disabled. But after providing my passport data and opening a bank account, I received an email without the PayPal logo, but from the Moscow office that my personal account was blocked forever without recovery. I know for sure that PayPal blocks all users from Russia. I make a phone call, but there is no Russian-speaking agent in support, I receive letters in writing that do not meet the requirements of support
