Six months ago my PayPal account was suspended. When I cleared up the problem , instead of reinstating my account, they duplicated it and deleted the old one. Why,,,I do not know. Now I cannot use PayPal Credit. According to PayPal Credit my account should work fine, but I have to make payments by phone and I cannot make any purchases with it. If I try to re-apply for PayPal Credit I'm told I am already on file. The problem lies in how they re-instated my PayPal account. I call PayPal and they transfer me to PayPal Credit. PayPal Credit refers me to PayPal. I even had PayPal AND PayPal Credit on the line at the same time and they couldn't figure it out. I need somebody who speaks english and knows more about this **bleep** than the average bear. Please help.
