I’m a dog breeder and just sold a puppy today, the buyer came and picked up the pup and sent me $2500. Before that he sent me a $500 dollar deposit and it came with no problem. It says it sent on his side and on my side says it’s received but on hold. Why can’t I get my money? I have a contract that’s signed along with text and pictures of customer with the pup! I’ve contacted support and no one had gotten back to me yet. Transaction happens at 11:41am today the 19th. Please help
