I made a payment of 5000 CAD from UAE to canada. Its been debited from my account but shows still on hold. Transaction was done on 9th Jan 2023. Why my seller’s payment is on hold? I have verified and confirmed receipt of goods. Please help release the payment. I am unable to call 📞 paypal as there is no number being shown. Why is the money on hold ?
