Ho avuto un accesso non autorizzato al mio account google, segnalato da loro stessi con un email, dove mi sono accorto sono stati acquistati 2 cellulari. Tempestivamente ho informato il servizio assistenza con segnalazione con modulo da loro indicatomi . Vedendo sul portale di google i prodotti ancora in attesa di ritiro da parte del corriere ho pensato che non li avevano spediti. Dopo alcuni giorni mi rispondono che avevo sbagliato procedura del reclamo e mi indicano come fare la nuova, i prodotti ancora in attesa di ritiro. Dopo 20 giorni mi rispondono che con sofisticati metodi di tracciamento non vedono un accesso non consentito al mio account e non mi accettano il rimborso e mi dicono di rivolgermi al mio servizio finaziario. Paypol che gia avevo contattato mi dice che deve rimborsare gooogle. I cellulari in realtà erano stati spediti. Deciso a non pagare ho bloccato il pagamento tramite banca. Naturalmente paypol mi nega il rimborso e mi trovo con un saldo negativo. Come faccio? Sono munito di denuncia e non intendo pagare i cellulari. ... View more
