I also have the same issue. Just installed the PayPal Android app on my new Pixel 7 pro and trying to log in , The app keeps taking me to the Chrome Browser and never able to set up my log in on the App. I am pretty sure that this is not a location or country issue as I can access my account on IOS app. I have cleared the Chrome browser on my Android phone but still no luck
