So I just heard back from PayPal Corporate Escalation today regarding a complaint I made to the CFPB regarding the delayed payments issue. They basically confirmed what we already knew, the problem being with Paymentus. They told me the issue was ongoing with Paymentus so as to warn me of potential problems in the future when using PPBP. They asked me for the dates and time frame of my issue with PPBP. I told them about my issue with 12/27 payments and I also told them about the 1/4 payment delay other people had. @dcatast Thanks for all your updates and legwork on these issues. It's been extremely helpful and without a doubt has saved many of us quite a bit of time! Would you happen to have the contact info for PaymentUS? Have you contacted them again about the 1/4 payments already?
