Hi @carms419 Looks like you have recently joined the community and (maybe) are new to PayPal? If so, and if this is the first time you are receiving money from someone for a sales transaction, its because PayPal is running some additional checks to ensure there is no fraud/or customer request for refund. It should be with you in a few days and you can see it in the app as "held" but could take up to 21 days to recieve.
