Hi, I requested a booking on Airbnb and my deposit was taken, the host then declined my booking. My deposit is still pending on my bank, airbnb have reversed the transaction but said Paypal could take 30 days ro release my money. Has anyone else experienced this? I have tried talking to the Paypal robots but as there is no transaction listed on my paypal I can't open a dispute. Thank you
