I received my entire amount because I went to credit card the item was paid with. That was the only way for credit. I received the same broken bag with damage 12 inch cardboard cutouts. Will never again purchase anything this way. Especially when PayPal allows these scammers full reign and getting ahold of them took hours of time and terrible customer service so called reps. What happened to this company?
