PayPal states they may put a 21 day hold on transactions that are over $300 USD, but are holding my $37 NZD.... I cannot understand this and will not be able to sell items on depop and use the PayPal system if this is what happens every time I receive money from a depop sale. I am extremely frustrated with PayPal as this is not the first issue I've had with them keeping my OWN money from me.
