Thanks Esteemed Advisor sharpiemarker, Perhaps Paypal think the fact that because we have multiple contacts on our account we will be more likely to use their services. Not So! May of the contacts that I synced are way out of date and should have removed and the only way I see to get rid of so many contacts is to open a new account. One by one deletion ain't an option. Unfortunately https://www.paypal.com/invoice/s/settings/contact-book doesn't work either as I haven't even created a single invoice yet. Cheers!!
