I refunded the tip i got and then sent an email through the support center explaining the situation and clarifying that it was an honest mistake and that i didn't authroize nor know about the tip and that i refunded it. That's when they sent me an email saying they'll look into it and then my account got unlimited 2 days later. Hope this helps 🙂 ... View more
