A few months ago, I moved. I then changed my address in Paypal. Paypal apparently keeps the original address associated with the cards on file. I did not know this. I ordered a product, entered my new address on the vendors website but Paypal sent the product to the old address. The vendor says its my problem, they sent it, expects to be paid for it. I cannot get the item from the old address. Not possible. What are my options here? Larry
