Why isnt paypal releasing my seller's funds? On their end it said that the money would be available today(the 15th) yet they sent a message saying paypal is still holding the funds? Why could that be? To be clear, what i bought is a digital character, and i thought i had removed the shipping address when sending over the payment, so there shouldn't be any tracking or shipment related things on their end.
