I have the same issue and have already used the mastercard twice for the same bill. The next two times I tried to use it, it went directly through my bank account. The time after that it chose a random credit card. That time I was experimenting to see if it would work so I only paid $10 of the bill. I don't see how $10 is a high risk amount
