Hello can anyone help me.. my account got limited permanent, and it's already more than 180days since the days my account got limited. i try to add my debit card and it's work, when i try to withdraw it always got error. i ask paypal many times and they said that i can withdraw it to my debit card, but it's still error like this. i don't know what's wrong with my account. please someone help me how to fix this . thanks guys
