Hello Good Afternoon, I just want to ask how to remove permanently limited paypal account. I created my account I think more than a year and I confused when I receive first payment, paypal hold my funds and ban my account I don't understand and I don't know why paypal ban my account because I don't see any illegal activity or any violation. I believe I follow paypal rules. Please help me to recover my account. Thank you!
