Can't link bank account to my Paypal account. Just get message that it "needs more information". The new account is at the same bank as my previous bank account. I can add credit or debit cards with no problem. Just read similar problems. I suspect some switch was flipped when they deleted my old account and I'll have to call to get this resolved.
