PayPal has had my account locked for over a month and I cannot access $5,000 in funds - I now cannot pay rent. I run a digital marketing agency called Moonverse. All payments I have received are from invoices paid by my clients - I mean they literally consented to paying me why is PayPal holding my funds? PayPal is asking me to submit information I cannot provide. Here is the reasons and details of said info: - Bank Statement - All my transactions are ran through PayPal - Vendor / Supplier information - I deal with digital services this is not possible - Submit inventory receipts - I deal with digital services this is not possible - Provide a copy of business license - I am self employed in the U.K. I have rang customer service 3 times who say ‘information has been passed onto the back office’ (meaning that I am a social media manager who is self employed) still nothing has changed I now cannot pay rent. This is criminal. I understand if I had refund requests of people were just randomly sending me money but they are not! My clients WILLINGLY paid the invoices I sent them.
