Hi, everyone. Thank you for noticing my question. The $3 reward is directly from PayPal, they sent an email. My cousin was able to claim his $3 but when I tried to claim, it didn't go as expected. It showed the message, "We seem to be having some trouble You may have claimed this offer already or are not eligible for this promotion."
