Dear Community, I am from Dubai. I created a new account and linked it with my debit card. Paypal does not allow access to do anything (my account has been limited/restricted). There are 3 steps to request for account review: I add ID card, but I am not allowed step 2 (add account statement) to confirm my card. How can I ask for help when I cant even submit the required info. I have the bank statement available, Where and whom do I sent it to for account confirmation. Thank you in advance. I am using Paypal from Firefox browser on a desktop.
