Are the funds in the correct currency to withdraw? Do you have the option of card withdrawal and if so which card type? https://www.paypal.com/kz/cshelp/article/can-i-transfer-money-to-my-debit-card-help497 Lastly you don't have the option to withdraw to a bank account in every country but you should have the card option. However you can in most countries add a U.S bank account to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company. But that is for folks that have opened one in the U.S and are working internationally, you can't add a digital / virtual U.S bank account OR a USD currency account.
