Recently, we set up a new item and some "customers" are able to pay with Credit/Debit card and others receive the message We're sorry, things don't appear to be working at the moment. Selections for next steps include "try again" or "return to merchant". This problem doesn't occur for all. If "customers" pay with PayPal account then it goes thru successfully. We have "customers" who don't want to set up a PayPal account. What are the options here?
