Last Week I left a question for customer support agents & it was closed without a reply. Where I requested info regarding "Prohibited Activities 1." & "Prohibited Activities 2.(I)". Q1.Is Prohibited Activities 1. based on where the user located, example Texas, it's laws. Q1a.& if so, would I incur a 2500$ fine if Texas passed any Anti-Trans Laws banning all transgendered activities/services, if say I would promote myself on YouTube as trans or otherwise purchase materials in relationship to being trans, regarding the following... "Prohibited Activities 2.(I)" "if" I donate or promote to different trans friendly websites. Or use YouTube to promote my life style of attire/outfits/costumes/makeup/cosmetics, which I may receive funding for or purchase, would break PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. & I also gave a suggestion to... look into providing possible trans exemptions written for the "ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY." To exclude any laws that infringe on the Rights of Trans. (Note) & in that same vein any Laws that infringe on the Rights of Other Groups as well. Lastly I asked for any information regarding on whether or not Paypal offers any form of Charitable Donations that PayPal may have setup towards sending trans Individuals like myself in need of Aid. Such a donation of $3,333 ~ $9,999USD into my PayPal Wallet* would be life changing for me due to my current oppressive living status of which I can't fully freely express my true-self.(*Afterwards I've also noticed that the wallet or the account balance, whatever it's called hasn't even been activated on my account & it's been a year, which seems to be verified on activation with trusted PayPal Users, so why isn't my account verified yet?
