Hello, It says that the case was decided in my favor and I don't see any money refunded back to me yet. It has been 3 days and nothing happened yet, what should I do? Note that I did not receive anything about me winning the case, I had to manually check the resolution center to find the message there with the case closed. "Your case was decided in your favor"
