Good day! Earlier, I submitted a valid ID to change my name on my account. However, later on, I receive an email saying that paypal will permanently limit my account because I'm underaged. In the ID that I submitted, it is written that my birthdate is on August 2, 2003, meaning I'm already 19 years old. So why did paypal limit my account? And how to lift it? I hope someone can answer this because I really need to link my Gcash account to my Paypal account immediately.
