Hello. I have my concern. I create a new PP account because I can't log in to my old account, since it didn't pop the OTP code that will send to my email or phone number. I can't reset password even I have my access on my email. But before that, I sent my money from my old acc to my new acc. Then after sending, it says that on hold to my new PP acct, and it says delivery within 1day but until now I still don't received the money.
