Hello, At the start of the week (Oct 3) I made a purchase through Paypal using a new debit card that has not been linked before. The issue is that when I first entered my debit card details before confirming it, it deducted $0.01 right away from my account. This transaction still shows up as "Pending: Paypal" on my bank account statement. The confirmation code and my purchase transactions were only pending for a day. I have double checked and do not have any other transactions that occurred during this period. Does anyone know why $0.01 was taken out and is stuck at pending for this long?
