I have been trying to get a hold of Paypal support and they are offline 24/7, Waited almost 40 minutes on a call to no answer, and live text never has any online members no matter what time I am there. I need one payment on hold to be released and I am so tired of jumping through hoops to get it and I still cannot get it.
