PayPal Community

So grubhub told me I'd have someone contact me with in 48 hrs. Haven't heard a thing. PayPal let me dispute the charge but then came back and told me it wasn't unauthorized despite not using GH in 2 years, I'm appealing that, and my bank is now investigating this. I've changed and canceled so many accounts and passwords and now have to have a new bank card issued, I feel like PayPal doesn't take this seriously...specially if so many others are in the same situation and having the same experiences. Just happened to me, I got an email with the address and then they changed their email on grubhub right after it processed, I haven't used grubhub in 2 years. Not sure how a subscription was set up, but lesson learned I suppose. I'm irate. If PayPal and grubhub doesn't refund the money I'll be closing pp because I use them as that extra security and this went through so quickly and I had no way of stopping it! ... View more
